The courses are run in various regions around the country and require a minimum of 6 people to go ahead. We are happy to run these courses in other areas if there is enough interest.

Trainers
Toni Glass and John Saywell are both passionate presenters with a wealth of experience.

Toni has over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership, operations and sales and marketing roles, Toni understands the challenges of driving a team to succeed and creating a sales culture.

John is a qualified pharmacist and a regular presenter on retail best-practice, drawing on his 30 years of experience both as a retailer and retail consultant.

The Pharmacy Business Network is a one day pharmacy business management conference targeted at pharmacy owners and managers.

Sessions

The day kicks off with a key note address, this is followed by two concurrent sessions, one focusing on managing your business, the other on managing your people. External speakers present each session.
